2degrees is experiencing a fault with some 04 and 06 SIP numbers. We have identified the fault and currently working on a resolution with our upstream provider.

We have had reports of call delays on our 3 digit cloud. We are currently investigating and will post updates as they become available. The issue is causing delays with calls establishing, meaning phones will ring after a call is answered and sometimes calls will go to voicemail without ringing.

We will be updating various software packages on a number of nodes that form part of both our 3 digit and 4 digit VoIP clouds. Whilst these updates should not have any impact on calls themselves, there is always that possibility and some customers may experience service degredation or an outage between the start and end of the scheduled maintenance.
